These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Zenith Floors & More LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including flooring installation, refinishing, repair, tile, bathroom remodeling and home improvement services. By requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, paying a deposit, or hiring us for a project, you (“you,” “client,” or “customer”) agree to these Terms.
1. Estimates & Quotes
– All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
– Pricing is based on the information and measurements available at the time of the estimate.
– Changes in job-site conditions, material availability, or customer requests may result in a revised estimate.
– Quotes do not include unexpected repairs unless noted.
2. Deposits & Payments
– A deposit may be required to reserve installation dates and purchase materials.
– Final payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– We accept cash, check, and approved electronic payments (debit or credit card).
– Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee or the maximum allowed by law.
3. Scheduling & Delays
– Installation dates depend on material availability, job-site readiness, and unforeseen delays.
– Clients must ensure:
– We are not liable for delays caused by other contractors, delivery issues, or customer-provided materials.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
– Clearing the work area.
– Keeping pets and children away from work zones.
– Providing accurate information about floor conditions.
– Notifying us of known issues (mold, moisture, uneven subfloors).
5. Materials & Product Selection
Materials Provided by Zenith Floors & More:
– We guarantee materials purchased through us meet manufacturer standards.
Customer-Provided Materials:
– We are not responsible for quantity inaccuracies, product defects, incorrect sizing, color variations, or manufacturer warranty issues.
6. Subfloor & Hidden Conditions
We are not liable for:
– Hidden subfloor damage.
– Mold/moisture problems.
– Rot, termite damage, structural issues.
– Cracking, uneven surfaces, or weak subfloors.
Additional repairs may incur charges.
7. Warranty
– We offer a 1-year workmanship warranty unless otherwise stated.
– Manufacturer warranties apply only to materials purchased through us.
Warranty does not cover:
– Water damage.
– Improper cleaning.
– Scratches from furniture or pets.
– Normal wear and tear.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
– Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled service may incur a fee.
– Special-order materials are non-refundable once ordered.
– Customer-caused rescheduling may include additional fees.
9. Liability Limitations
Zenith Floors & More LLC is not responsible for:
– Pre-existing damages.
– Customer-provided material defects.
– Damage caused by other contractors.
– Losses due to job-site inaccessibility.
– Lost income, rental penalties, or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
